How should I take the Alkalizing Formula?

Take KYGENESIS® Alkalizing Formula once a day, ideally first thing in the morning before eating breakfast. We recommend waiting 30 minutes before taking food, to allow the supplements to pass through to your bloodstream.

How long before I notice results?

Many customers report feeling more energized, less inflamed, and seeing improvements in lab work such as eGFR or creatinine levels within 8–12 weeks. However, consistency is key and results may vary based on your current stage and health routine.^†

What do extract ratios like 10:1 or 4:1 mean, and how much herb am I getting?

Extract ratios tell you how much raw plant material was used to produce the final, concentrated extract. The higher the ratio, the more concentrated the extract.

A 10:1 extract means 10 parts of raw herb were used to make 1 part of extract. So if your supplement contains 100 mg of a 10:1 extract, it’s equivalent to 1,000 mg (1 gram) of the whole herb.

A 4:1 extract means 4 parts of raw herb become 1 part of extract. So if your supplement contains 100 mg of a 4:1 extract, that equals 400 mg of the raw herb.

These concentrated extracts allow you to get the full benefit of therapeutic doses, without needing to take large quantities. They also ensure better consistency, quality, and potency from capsule to capsule.
