Shipping

We offer shipping to most countries around the world. We will aim to ship out your order within same day. Otherwise it will be shipped out next day. We ship orders out 5 days a week, excluding all recognized days of US holidays and postal holidays.
You will receive a shipping notification along with your tracking link to locate and track the status of your order in transit when your item has shipped. Any questions regarding your tracking or shipment please contact us using the information below.
Average Shipping Times:
US/Canada 5-7 business days.
International: 10-21 business days.
Duties and Taxes
Certain countries charge duties and taxes on International orders. These duties and taxes (and even whether they are charged) differ greatly from country to country so cannot be factored into the cost of shipping. By ordering from Kidney Coach you agree to be responsible for and pay any and all appropriate taxes and duties due as a result of importing products into your country. If you have questions regarding how/if duties and taxes are charged, we advise contacting your Customs office directly. Please be aware that any duties and taxes are calculated based on the actual cost of your order, not the price paid after any discounts are applied (ie. Bundle discounts, bulk order discounts or coupon codes).

Returns

Kidney Coach hopes that every single customer is happy with their purchase. However we understand that on occasions the product may not be for you. We stand behind our 60-day money-back guarantee 100%. Simply return any remaining unopened bottles to us within 60 days of your order and we will issue a full refund. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned.
Please note: the guarantee term is based on the date of your order, and not the delivery date.
Refund Procedure
When returning your unopened bottle(s) please be aware that you will need to pay for your own shipping costs. You will receive refunds for your original purchase only. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process a full refund. Note that bottles returned must not be damaged.
To receive a FULL refund, including the S&H costs incurred on the order, first please contact us within 60 days from the date of your order, and provide the following information:
