Can I return or exchange a Kygenesis product?
Kygenesis does not offer refunds or exchanges on products. All product sales are final.
Can I return a Kygenesis product that I purchased and shipped internationally?
Kygenesis currently does not accept returns on internationally shipped products. All international product sales are final.
Damaged Products (if applicable)?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and you inform us of damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of receipt of the product, ideally with photographic proof. If you need to exchange it for the different item, or get a courtesy reship, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive specific instructions on returns and exchanges.
